Shoulders
 
The shoulder is the most flexible joint in your body which allows a wide range of arm motion, rotation, speed and power.

The shoulder is made up of three bones, the shoulder blade (scapula), the upper arm bone (humerus) and collarbone (clavicle).

Hips
 
The hip joint creates the jointed connection between the trunk and the legs.  It connects the pelvis and the thigh bones.  It is a ball-and-socket joint which, due to its shape, enables greater freedom of movement.

Knees
 
The knee is the largest joint in the body,providing stable support for the body  and one of the most easily injured.  It is made up of the lower end of the thigh bone (femur), the upper end of the shin bone (tibia), and the kneecap (patella), which slides in a groove on the end of the femur.
